It was not an overly warm night , but we decided a simple bbq might still be a good idea.And it was.
Never a quickie quite as satisfying as this ;p
we had the following on the barbie;
eye fillets (3 1/2 minutes on both sides for a medium rare steak)
corn on the cobs with butter
chorizo sausages
potato, boiled, flatten and drizzle with olive oil and herbs
Dinner was served with a salad of coz lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado with a light red wine vinegar dressing. English mustard and tomato chutney on the side, and a bottle of SA cab sav of course. :)
I should have got more sweet corn :(
