Pickled Mustard Greens With Chilies 鹹辣酸菜

This is a super fast pickle , 2 minutes from start to finish. Its great as a side dish for both rice or porridge,
as I have used it to go with our very light rice porridge with vegetable and meatballs . Wicked!!!

you'll need;
mustard greens in brine (sold either in jars vaccumed bags), rinsed and sliced
3 bird chilies, sliced
sugar to taste
sesame oil to taste
soy to taste

Mustard greens and chilies.

Add sugar, sesame oil and soy added to sliced mustard greens and chilies.

Mix well and it's ready.
