Finger Licking Good Meat Kebabs
Great to go with a cold beer or two, these little kebabs takes no time to make, delicious even when they are cold.
Use either lamb or beef for this recipe.
you'll need these for the spice paste;
3 green chilies, cut into chunks
1 onion, cut into chunks
1 knob of ginger, chopped
3 cloves of garlic
3tbs of greek yoghurt
salt and pepper to taste
blend everything into a course paste
you'll also need;
500g of beef of lamb mince
dash of cumin powder
dash of coriander powder
dash of chili powder
dash of garam masala
For the spiced paste.
Place everything in a large bowl.
Mix it very well until the mixture is firm and a little bouncy.
Divide meat mixture into 20 equal parts and skew with bamboo sticks which have been soaked in water.
Grill skewers on hot griddle till golden brown.
Serve with lime wedges, cucumber and mint raita.
