Muhibbah Malaysian Monday Round Up No.4




I must first apologize for the long delay in posting the 4th round up of Muhibbah Malaysian Monday. Many thanks to all our friends, new and old, who have  participated and made this yet another very tasty post. Finally a big thank you to my friend Shaz who carries on promoting MMM during my long absence.

Our loyal supporter from day 1, Aunty Cheah from No Frills Cooking  has given us a sweet and a savoury dish each;

Something that all Malaysians grew up eating, nasi lemak bungkus (coconut rice wrapped in banana leaf).



make sure you cook plenty of rice to go with this mouth watering prawn with quail egg sambal.

She combined 2 of our favourite desserts into one beautiful cendol jelly.

My attempt at recreating our national dish, nasi lemak (coconut rice).



And a humble but very delicious meat sauce.
