I must first apologize for the long delay in posting the 4th round up of Muhibbah Malaysian Monday. Many thanks to all our friends, new and old, who have  participated and made this yet another very tasty post. Our loyal supporter from day 1, Aunty Cheah from No Frills Cooking  has given us a sweet and a savoury dish each;

another new friend Love from love to cook also joining us for the first time with 2 delicious dishes;

Something that all Malaysians grew up eating, nasi lemak bungkus (coconut rice wrapped in banana leaf).

make sure you cook plenty of rice to go with this mouth watering prawn with quail egg sambal.
